A support arrangement of single or double row plastic perforated shelves for each floor, for the ripening of hard cheeses. The arrangement is specially designed and flexible so as to meet the needs of each customer, since it gives them the option of choosing:
- The number of floors The space (gap) between floors, with a choice of every 3 centimeters
- The height of the entire layout (with a maximum height of 3 meters)
- The length of the layout (with the possibility of adding additional layouts along the length, every 1.5 meters)
